My cartoons appeared once or twice in the New Statesman from 1986. In December 1987 the 'Westenders' strip (as it was called initially) ran weekly in full colour in the New Statesman from December 1987 until just after the fall of Margaret Thatcher in January 1991. They returned on the cover for two brief bursts in 1996, and again in 1999.
