This was withheld from publication at the cartoonist's own request. Drawn and filed some ten days beforehand it was scheduled to appear in the Guardian on the Saturday immediately following the IRA bombing of the Grand Hotel in Brighton on the 4th October during the Conservative Party conference. Five people were killed and thirty one, including Norman and Margaret Tebbit were severely injured.
